Our Team
Our team has many years of teaching experience with background in Pilates, Yoga, Qigong, & Breathwork. The classes we offer are always tailored to meet the needs of the group combining a balance of breathing, flowing movements, stretches, strengthening movements, connection games, nature, creativity and mindfulness practice.
Niki is our artist and offers Qi Gong & Yoga Nidra
Kimaya is an embodiment teacher, for grounding and finding silence within using breathwork as a gateway.
Helena is our sound magician and guides Bothmer practices
Pixi is our DJ and he loves offering cacao journeys. He’s also a musician.
