After raising your voice and spirit together, settle into a deeply immersive sound journey, including a gong bath that calms the nervous system and invites inner harmony.

The ceremonial cacao drink included supports heart-opening, presence, and connection to self and others.

About Ravi

As well as being a multi-instrumentalist, music producer, songwriter and one of the longest established Western players of the kora, Ravi also leads Voice Activation Events. These events are the result of a lifetime exploring the edge, through world music, tribal cultures and a journey that has taken him from India to the Amazon. There have also been over 20 albums, international performances and workshops, the invention of the electric/stereo kora and collaborations with a diverse array of artists such as Nigel Kennedy, Jon Lord, Phil Manzanera, Baaba Maal, Dr John, Ronu Majumdar and Marlui Miranda.

The most recent albums are “Songs for the Golden Age” and “Two Rivers” with master flautist Adrian Freedman. As a Voice Workshop facilitator, Ravi leads events such as “Kirtan & Cacao” , “Overtone Singing and Voice Workshops” and Voice Retreats in UK and abroad. More recently Ravi has also started giving talks, such as “The Power of Sound and the Way of The Voice”, a participatory audio-visual talk that he gave at The Glastonbury Symposium in July 2022.

“Ravi is a rare talent, a musical shaman who knows no fear. He has been an inspiration to us over the years as he continues to cross borders and boundaries in his quest for musical expression and freedom”
